Alfonso - Demonstration on muffin making

Yesterday we had a chef who had his daughter at our school which is her dad and his name is called Alfonso and he does not have that much English he talks Spanish because he came from Spain his accent is Spanish he does not speak probably. Yesterday he told us how to make muffins he said that you have to use butter flour and eggs. In Spain they like making muffins. He put in flour, with eggs, and butter, with raspberries, blueberries, and walnuts. When it came out it was burnt but it still looked good. It was a good recipe
